BAMBUSA Flooring has a 10 day satisfaction guarantee, starting from the time of receipt. You may make a return on unopened materials for any reason within that time period. (Some minimum quantities may be required.) You will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the product, as well as the cost incurred by us (BAMBUSA Flooring) to ship the product to you. A 20% restocking fee will apply for all return goods. In order to take advantage of this you MUST have a return authorization number; all items returned without an authorization number will be refused. Promotional goods which are marked as non-returnable are not covered by this guarantee.


If for any reason, you need to cancel your current order with BAMBUSA Flooring you'll need to contact us as soon as possible. If the product has already shipped you will be responsible for the freight costs associated for the delivery, the return freight and possible restocking fees.. If the product has not shipped you may make the cancellation at no charge.


At the time you receive your order you need to be aware that you MUST check the order for damages or missing items. If you do not check the materials yourself, please make certain that the person signing for them checks for damage or missing items. If no damages are noted, BAMBUSA Flooring cannot be held responsible for any damages or shortages that occur. You should look for anything suspicious, such as rounded corners, denting and gouges. It is important at this stage to come up with an accurate count of damaged or missing pieces and note them on the bill of lading. If upon closer inspection you decide that you might be able to utilize the damaged materials, you should still note the damages and attempt to make use of what you can. If after noting the damage you decide you cannot utilize the materials, contact BAMBUSA Flooring and we will advise you of what to do with the materials on hand or ask that they pickup the useless materials to prevent you from having to store them. Not every order will have visual proof of damage on the outside. If you accept a shipment and sign for no damages or shortages, later discovering that there indeed are damages or shortages hidden from view, you must contact the delivering company within 48hrs of delivery to report it. We are happy to answer any questions in the unlikely event that your order is damaged in shipment, and we can assure you that so long as any damages are noted properly there will not be any difficulties in the replacement process. Notice: Trim piece purchases at BAMBUSA are non returnable and non refundable.


Product images will vary in color due to many factors such as monitor type, scan quality, etc. Images are not intended to duplicate exact visual appearance, but to serve merely as a guide or point of reference. If you require accurate visual inspection of a product for such things that cannot be conveyed accurately by this images, such as color, feel, etc., we recommend you obtain a sample of the product prior to making a purchase.


BAMBUSA Bamboo Flooring warrants its All Bamboo Laminated Plank, in its original manufactured state, to be free from defects in lamination, assembly, milling, grading and finish for a lifetime. BAMBUSA further warrants that, even when installed on a radiant heated concrete sub floor, it will not buckle, cup or warp when properly installed and maintained in accordance with BAMBUSA installation instructions

Twenty-five Year Finish Wear Warranty

BAMBUSA Bamboo Flooring warrants its aluminum oxide?surface wear layer will not wear through to the underlying bamboo for Twenty-five (25) years, from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser (residential only).  Wear Layer Warranties exclude any indentations, scratches or surface damages caused by lack of proper maintenance, misuse, negligence, spiked heel shoes, water, erosion, pebbles, sand, commercial use, other abrasives or insufficient protection on furniture.


BAMBUSA Bamboo Flooring warranties do not cover indentations, scratches or damages caused by negligence, water, erosion, insects, spiked heel shoes, failure to follow the manufacturer's specific written installation instructions, improper maintenance, insufficient protection, misuse or improper alterations of the original manufactured product, or for commercial use.

No warranties apply to any product sold "AS IS."

This writing is the complete and exclusive statement of the warranty, and is in lieu of all other express and/or statutory warranties.

BAMBUSA bamboo Flooring assumes no liability for incidental or consequential damages. However, some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

The sole remedy provided herein is the repair, refinish or replacement of defective products, or refund for defective products.
